We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Technologist to spearhead well performance, completion optimization, and production enhancement initiatives within our upstream operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert production technology support for well performance, completion optimization, and production enhancement initiatives.
- Perform nodal analysis, well modelling, production diagnostics, and comprehensive performance evaluations.
- Evaluate artificial lift systems and recommend optimization strategies based on operating conditions.
- Identify, evaluate, and mature well intervention, stimulation, and debottlenecking opportunities.
- Contribute to well integrity management, flow assurance assessments, and production surveillance programmes.
- Integrate well, reservoir, and facility constraints into production forecasts and technical reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior production technology personnel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant upstream E&P experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in nodal analysis, well modelling, artificial lift, and production diagnostics.
- Sound understanding of HSE requirements, operational controls, and well integrity management.
- Active membership in the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) or a relevant professional body is highly desirable.
