About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Procurement Service Advisor to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will provide expert procurement advisory support, manage end-to-end sourcing processes, and drive operational efficiency with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities- Process and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and electronic RFX platforms efficiently.
- Source materials, obtain competitive quotes, and manage supplier relationships with OEMs and vendors.
- Validate purchase order documents and ensure error-free computation of costs including Ex-works and DDP using MS Excel.
- Follow up on submitted RFQs, maintain high conversion rates, and improve delivery performance to 60%.
- Ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders regarding RFQs and POs.
- Maintain comprehensive soft and hard copy filing systems while ensuring strict confidentiality of company documents.
- Provide follow-up to customers on outstanding receivables and assist with logistics management.
- Produce accurate accounts reports and utilize the SAP MM module effectively.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of cognate procurement and supply chain experience within the upstream oil and gas sector.
- Proven track record of handling RFQs, RFXs, and POs for major IOCs such as TotalEnergies, Esso, and Chevron.
- Strong understanding of technical descriptions for pipes, valves, fittings, chemicals, and oilfield tools.
- Proficiency in international sourcing, online bidding platforms, supplier negotiation, and order expediting.
- Strong administrative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, particularly SAP MM.
