About the Role
Ren San & Co. is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in strategic solutions for corporations and individuals. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our luxury property in Abuja. In this senior leadership appointment, you will take full ownership of site performance, operational excellence, and guest experience standards with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Take full independent ownership of daily operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and kitchen.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance, discipline, and accountability.
- Own the end-to-end guest experience, ensuring all apartments and facilities consistently meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Resolve escalated guest issues swiftly and conduct rigorous, unannounced facility inspections.
- Prepare accurate operational reports, manage operational costs, and support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or luxury serviced apartment administration.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a senior or managerial leadership capacity within the Nigerian hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated ability to make confident operational decisions and manage multidisciplinary teams with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in Abuja and available for full-time, on-site work with schedule flexibility.
