Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff across assigned units
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in line with hospital standards and protocols
- Manage nursing operations, including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Implement infection control measures and maintain a safe healthcare environment
- Mentor junior nursing staff and support their professional growth
- Monitor and report on departmental key performance indicators
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification nursing experience
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- Advanced nursing qualifications or certifications in relevant specialties preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and clinical expertise in hospital settings
