About the Role
Abuja Clinics, established in 1989, is a premier healthcare provider operating three state-of-the-art hospitals across Karu, Garki, and Maitama in the Federal Capital Territory. We are committed to delivering efficient, high-quality medical services utilizing advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment, including 64-slice CT scan units, 4D ultrasonography, and intra-operative imaging technology. Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive services across Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, and Dentistry.
We are recruiting experienced Senior Nurses to join our healthcare team and contribute to our mission of excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Implement comprehensive nursing care plans for patients in assigned work stations
- Assist medical teams in patient diagnosis and treatment protocols
- Perform clinical procedures including patient admission/discharge, vital sign monitoring, wound dressing, medication administration, and IV placement
- Conduct patient triage and manage patient flow efficiently
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of all patient encounters
- Report incidents promptly and manage patient grievances with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, quality standards, and infection control protocols
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic clinical environments
- Minimum 8 years of experience in nursing or related clinical roles
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) credentials
- Current, valid nursing practicing license in Nigeria
- Proficiency in computer applications and medical documentation systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage stress and respond effectively to crisis situations
