We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Senior Nurse to elevate our patient care standards and mentor our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement comprehensive nursing care plans for patients in designated work stations and departments.
  • Assist the medical team seamlessly in patient diagnosis, procedures, and treatment administration.
  • Perform critical clinical procedures including triage, IV placement, wound dressings, medication administration, and patient admissions and discharges.
  • Monitor patient vital signs closely, conduct necessary follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation of all patient encounters.
  • Ensure prompt incidence reporting and proactive management of patient grievances while upholding strict quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment in compliance with standard operating procedures and hospital policies.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) or relevant nursing qualifications from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional nursing experience in a reputable healthcare setting.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) with a current, valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria practicing license.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health records management.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, handle stress, and effectively manage crisis situations.
