About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - NES Service Delivery to oversee our Network Enterprise Services planning and service delivery units. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic objectives, manage outsourced partners, and ensure the successful deployment of top-tier telecommunications solutions for our enterprise and fixed-broadband customers across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic focus and support for Fixed Broadband (FBB) and Enterprise Business (EB) sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Lead the timely planning, design, approval, and deployment of appropriate technology solutions for enterprise clients.
- Manage contracts, including tenders, evaluations, negotiations, and renewals for outsourced services and vendors.
- Coordinate the rollout of EB services and Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) infrastructure across MTNN networks.
- Research emerging technologies, lead technical trials, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance network capabilities.
- Monitor SLA compliance, drive KPI achievements, and provide first-line technical support alongside managed service providers.
- First degree in Engineering; a management degree and PMP certification are distinct advantages.
- 9 to 17 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years at a managerial level within the telecommunications industry.
- Extensive project management expertise with a proven track record in new technology deployment.
- Solid understanding of fixed and mobile network technologies, architecture, CAPEX processes, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with fluency in English.
