About the Role
Bayobab (formerly MTN GlobalConnect) is seeking a visionary Senior Manager - Digital HR and Analytics to lead our HR digital transformation agenda. In this critical role, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge HR technologies, AI-enabled solutions, workforce analytics, and automation initiatives across our Pan-African footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the Bayobab HR Digitisation Strategy, driving continuous enhancement of Oracle HCM, Sage Payroll, and ServiceNow platforms.
- Lead the deployment of workflow automation and AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and HR virtual assistants.
- Own the enterprise HR reporting framework, producing executive dashboards, predictive workforce analytics, and ensuring data integrity.
- Cascade the HR strategy to FibreCo Opcos, providing expert advisory support and managing seamless transition processes.
- Build digital and AI capabilities within HR teams by establishing a dedicated Community of Practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Management Information Systems (MBA/PGD is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience leading HR systems, technology, analytics, or digital transformation in a multinational enterprise.
- Deep expertise in HR technologies including Oracle HCM Cloud, Sage Payroll, Power Platform, and advanced analytics tools.
