About the Role

Zipline is transforming what is possible with on-demand delivery by operating the world's largest autonomous aircraft delivery network. In Nigeria, our reliable import, storage, and replenishment networks directly support uninterrupted operations for critical medical supplies. We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Analyst to own our country-level operating function, managing international freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure our vital mission succeeds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end Nigeria logistics operations from origin through receipt at Zipline sites for finished goods, spares, and production materials.
  • Build comprehensive shipment plans covering routing, port handoffs, inland transport, and delivery confirmation.
  • Lead import enablement and customs execution, managing permits, documentation, exemptions, and broker relationships.
  • Manage external partners including freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse providers against strict service and compliance expectations.
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy across storage locations through cycle counts, stock monitoring, and robust transaction controls.
  • Establish and improve operating procedures for inbound transport, warehousing, and emergency shipments.
  • Report logistics health using core KPIs such as on-time delivery, customs-clearance lead times, and landed costs.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations experience.
  • Direct expertise with international inbound freight, customs clearance, and warehouse operations within Nigeria.
  • Proven ability to own operating areas end-to-end with limited oversight and strong commercial judgment.
  • Strong data analysis skills to turn shipment and inventory findings into actionable business decisions.
  • High integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and fluency in English with the ability to work from Lagos.
