Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and practical training in Urban and Regional Planning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations while providing mentorship and academic guidance.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish impactful papers in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Leverage modern digital tools and educational technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and research outcomes.
- Possess a good Ph.D. degree with a specialization in Urban and Regional Planning or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of academic leadership, administrative competence, and student mentoring.
- Strong publication record in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Proficiency in digital skills and modern technological applications relevant to urban planning and spatial analysis.
