Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Software Engineering and related computer science disciplines.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations at various academic levels.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Provide robust academic and administrative leadership within the department and university.
- Mentor junior faculty members and students to foster holistic professional and spiritual growth.
- Curriculum development and integration of modern digital tools and pedagogical approaches.
- Must possess a Ph.D. degree with specialization in Software Engineering or a closely related computing discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Proven ability to provide academic leadership and administrative coordination.
