We are currently seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying to join our esteemed faculty. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional academic instruction and leadership in Quantity Surveying courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses while fostering a culture of academic rigor.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic administration, and departmental quality assurance processes.
- Leverage modern digital skills and innovative pedagogical approaches to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Mentor junior academic staff and participate actively in university committees and community service initiatives.
- Must possess a good Ph.D. degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of academic leadership, administrative capability, and effective student mentoring.
- Demonstrated portfolio of relevant publications in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Proficiency in digital tools and modern technologies relevant to Quantity Surveying and academic instruction.
