Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and practical training in Nutrition and Dietetics to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and academic field placements.
- Contribute significantly to curriculum development and departmental advancement.
- Publish high-impact research papers in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Provide robust administrative leadership and mentorship to junior academic staff and students.
- Integrate modern digital tools and innovative pedagogical approaches into teaching and research.
- Possession of a good Ph.D. degree with specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of academic leadership, administrative competence, and mentorship.
- Strong publication record in reputable local and international academic journals.
