Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
- Supervise student research projects, clinical placements, and dissertations at various academic levels.
- Conduct pioneering research in nursing science and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum review, course design, and departmental administrative duties.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance to foster professional and ethical nursing practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare partners and academic peers to enhance community outreach and institutional growth.
- Must hold a PhD in Nursing Science or a closely related and relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrated record of academic teaching and research excellence at the tertiary level.
- Active publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) with a valid practicing license.
