We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Sixth Form College Coordinator to lead our post-16 educational programs and ensure the continued success and growth of our college students.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day academic and administrative activities of the Sixth Form College efficiently.
- Supervise teachers, monitor rigorous curriculum delivery, and maintain excellent academic standards.
- Oversee comprehensive student welfare, discipline, university guidance, and thorough examination preparation.
- Drive student enrolment initiatives, foster active parent engagement, and elevate overall college performance.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, professional teaching certifications, and practical leadership experience in a Sixth Form or international school environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, teamwork, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
