Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in Nursing Science to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise student research projects, clinical rotations, and academic progress.
- Initiate, develop, and execute high-impact research projects independently and collaboratively.
- Publish significant scholarly works in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and university committee assignments.
- Leverage Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative processes.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Nursing Science or a closely relevant field from a recognized university.
- A minimum of six (6) years of full-time teaching, research, and administrative experience within a university system.
- Demonstrated evidence of significant scholarly publications in recognized national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Proven ability to initiate and direct independent research projects, including mentoring junior researchers.
- Proficiency in ICT with demonstrable competence in digital teaching and research tools.
- Competitive remuneration structured on the KDUTSS 05 salary scale, comparable to Federal Universities in Nigeria.
- Comprehensive conditions of service as approved by the Governing Council of KolaDaisi University, Ibadan.
