Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in music to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Contribute significantly to curriculum review, development, and enhancement in line with national and global standards.
- Publish high-quality research papers in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide academic and administrative leadership within the department, including committee participation and mentorship of junior faculty.
- Integrate modern digital tools and instructional technologies into music education and research.
- Must possess a good Ph.D. degree with a specialization in Music or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- A strong, verifiable track record of relevant academic publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Demonstrated experience in academic administration, curriculum coordination, and student mentoring.
- Proficiency in digital skills relevant to modern music pedagogy, production, and research.
