Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons to junior and senior secondary students in accordance with the Nigerian and international curricula.
  • Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and practical laboratory sessions to enhance students' understanding of physical sciences.
  • Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom and laboratory environment conducive to learning.
  • Participate in school co-curricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development and academic success of students.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc (Ed), or B.Sc in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
  • Sound knowledge of modern teaching methodologies, classroom management, and laboratory safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, dedication, and alignment with the core moral values of the institution.
  • TRCN registration is an added advantage.
