We are currently seeking a passionate and accomplished Senior Lecturer in Mathematics to join our esteemed faculty. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Mathematics using modern pedagogical approaches and digital tools.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish scholarly articles in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the Department of Mathematics.
- Mentor junior academic staff and participate actively in curriculum development and departmental committee work.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives on behalf of the university.
- Possess a good Ph.D. degree in Mathematics or a closely related specialization from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of academic publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Possess strong administrative leadership capabilities and a demonstrated passion for mentoring students and staff.
- Advanced digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing educational technology for teaching and research.
