Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Lecturer in Marketing for one of our esteemed tertiary institution clients in Lagos. This vital academic role involves shaping the minds of future marketing professionals, managing academic curricula, and contributing to institutional research and development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage taught marketing programmes, including oversight of daily operational processes such as timetabling, assessments, and accreditation.
- Ensure programme design and delivery comply strictly with the quality standards and regulations of the institution.
- Deliver engaging lectures and develop innovative teaching techniques that inspire student interest and understanding.
- Oversee student progress, providing expert academic guidance and counseling.
- Conduct individual and collaborative research, contributing to high-quality academic outputs and knowledge transfer.
- Provide academic leadership to faculty teams, managing resources and supporting staff professional development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master's Degree in Marketing.
- Previous lecturing or teaching experience in Marketing is a strong advantage.
- Must be resident in Lagos, preferably residing in areas close to Ogba, Ikeja, or Berger.
- Demonstrated ability in academic research, curriculum development, and student mentorship.
