In this pivotal role, you will contribute to shaping the next generation of medical professionals across our modern campuses in Delta State and Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Radiology.
- Conduct impactful academic research and publish findings in reputable, peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Provide comprehensive mentorship and academic advising to students, fostering professional and ethical growth.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental administration, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Participate actively in clinical service delivery and community outreach programs associated with the university.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the faculty to advance medical education and clinical research initiatives.
- Possession of an MBBS or BDS as a first degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Relevant postgraduate medical qualifications (such as FMCR, WACS, or equivalent) appropriate for a Senior Lecturer.
- Demonstrated history of teaching, research, clinical, and scholarly experience commensurate with the rank sought.
- Strong portfolio of academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Current registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and a valid practicing license.
- Proven capacity for effective teaching, academic mentorship, and institutional service.
- All academic and professional qualifications must be verifiable from recognized institutions.
