Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and comprehensive course materials in Criminology and Security Studies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Publish high-impact research papers in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Provide robust academic and administrative leadership within the department.
- Mentor junior faculty members and students to foster academic and moral growth.
- Integrate modern digital skills and innovative teaching methodologies into the curriculum.
- Must possess a good Ph.D. degree with specialization in Criminology and Security Studies or a closely related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of academic leadership, administrative capability, and student mentoring.
