Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Lecturer, you will be expected to drive curriculum development, deliver engaging lectures, and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in Business Administration. Your core duties will include:

- Facilitating interactive lectures and utilizing modern digital tools to enhance the student learning experience.

- Possession of a good Ph.D. degree with a primary specialization in Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a recognized university or tertiary institution.

- Demonstrated experience in academic and administrative leadership, including student mentorship and faculty collaboration.
