Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration and related academic courses.
- Conduct, publish, and promote high-quality academic research in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and dissertations.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees and academic activities.
- Contribute significantly to curriculum development, student assessment, and academic quality assurance.
- Provide academic mentorship and guidance to both students and junior academic staff members.
- Possess a PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary education institution.
- Demonstrate a strong, verifiable record of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Proven track record in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, curriculum delivery, and student supervision.
- Strong research, communication, analytical, and academic leadership skills.
- Proficiency in the use of ICT and relevant digital tools for modern teaching, learning, and research.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies will be a distinct added advantage.
