Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration and related business studies courses.
  • Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, providing rigorous academic guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct high-impact, cutting-edge research and publish findings in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
  • Design, review, and update curriculum content to ensure alignment with current industry trends and digital business practices.
  • Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties, committees, and community service.
  • Forge and maintain strategic linkages and collaborations with the corporate world to enhance student placement and practical training.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Ph.D. with specialization in Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time, relevant teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
  • A proven track record of academic and administrative leadership, mentoring, and scholarly publications in reputable journals.
  • Strong digital literacy and technological skills applicable to modern pedagogical methods and business research.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster strong collaborations between academia and industry stakeholders.
