We are currently seeking a dynamic and accomplished Associate Professor of Economics to join our esteemed Faculty of Social Sciences at our campus in Mowe, Ogun State. Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Economics.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, including theses and dissertations.
- Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and publish in reputable local and international journals.
- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the Department of Economics and the Faculty of Social Sciences.
- Mentor junior academic staff and participate actively in faculty and university committees.
- Forge and maintain strategic linkages and collaborations between the university and industry stakeholders.
- Possession of a Ph.D. with a specialization in Economics from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of 9 years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A strong track record of academic and administrative leadership, mentoring, and institutional development.
- Demonstrated portfolio of scholarly publications in reputable local and international academic journals.
