Key Responsibilities- Manage taught programmes, overseeing daily operational processes including timetabling, assessments, and examination systems.
- Ensure curriculum design and delivery strictly comply with institutional quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and apply innovative teaching techniques to foster student engagement, enthusiasm, and deep understanding.
- Monitor student academic progress and provide expert guidance to students and personal tutors.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research, producing high-quality outputs that influence leading-edge industry practices.
- Provide academic leadership by mentoring team members, coordinating work plans, and contributing to faculty resource management.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance or a closely related academic discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant teaching and research experience within a higher education institution.
- Demonstrated track record of scholarly research, knowledge transfer, and academic leadership.
- Strong understanding of academic quality assurance and programme accreditation processes in Nigeria.
