In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of digital education by designing innovative, scalable learning products that empower students across diverse disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end instructional and learning experience design for digital learning products.
- Translate complex learning needs into actionable product requirements and engaging learning journeys.
- Design comprehensive curricula, modules, courses, assessments, and interactive learning activities.
- Apply proven instructional design models and adult learning principles to drive student success.
- Develop detailed learner personas, journey maps, and structured learning pathways.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, media producers, product teams, and technology specialists.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and precise learning specifications.
- Conduct rigorous usability and learning experience reviews, utilizing learning analytics to continuously improve educational products.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in instructional or learning design.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and launching digital learning products.
- Proficiency with modern authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Solid understanding of UX/LX principles and data-driven learning analytics.
