We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Business Automation Analyst to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, optimize business processes, and drive operational excellence across our corporate and hospitality units.
Key Responsibilities- Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient hotel operations suitable for automation and digital transformation.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, and RPA tools.
- Engage cross-functional business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and guide Business Process Automation Engineers while allocating workloads and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end automation lifecycles, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and strict adherence to security governance.
- Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, and drive continuous user adoption across all departments.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in business process automation, digital transformation, and RPA implementation.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, BPM platforms, and Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
