We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Public Area Supervisor to ensure our high standards of cleanliness, elegance, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained across all guest rooms and public spaces. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team of housekeeping professionals in delivering an uncompromising luxury experience to our esteemed local and international guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily housekeeping and public area operations to ensure compliance with five-star luxury standards and hygiene protocols.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces rigorously to guarantee pristine presentation and readiness for arrival.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, reporting shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently, ensuring swift resolution of any concerns.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end residential setting.
- Relevant professional certification or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts as required by luxury hospitality operations.
