About the Role
Inspiration 92.3FM, a leading family radio station dedicated to uplifting and inspiring our listeners, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Lagos. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our workplace culture, supporting our people, and driving operational excellence across all human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee performance management cycles and provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Implement, review, and maintain comprehensive HR policies ensuring full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate accurate benefits enrollment.
- Design and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance staff competencies.
- Drive organizational culture, engagement activities, and diversity initiatives to maintain a productive and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a strong advantage.
- Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar comprehensive HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and practical experience in developing HR policies.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits administration and HR data management with strict confidentiality.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Prior experience in media, broadcasting, or fast-paced service environments is highly beneficial.
