We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping our workforce strategy, establishing robust HR frameworks, and fostering a high-performance organizational culture that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and update comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Build and sustain a strong, values-driven organizational culture that promotes collaboration and excellence.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding processes, and strategic workforce planning.
- Design, implement, and oversee effective performance management systems and succession planning.
- Drive innovative employee engagement, retention initiatives, and manage employee relations alongside disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate targeted learning and development initiatives to bridge skill gaps and enhance career growth.
- Advise executive management on human resources best practices, market trends, and organizational development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in building HR structures from the ground up, policy formulation, and culture management.
- Professional membership in relevant bodies such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI will be a distinct advantage.
