Key Responsibilities- Continually monitor and control plant performance through advanced measurement, analysis, benchmarking, and predefined company indicators.
- Optimize production processes and equipment in strict alignment with corporate improvement programs and strategic action plans.
- Oversee production metrics including raw material costs, energy efficiency, equipment utilization, and output volumes to meet profitability targets.
- Implement robust strategies for maintaining superior product quality while maximizing plant capacity utilization and operational efficiency.
- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve comprehensive policies and procedures for production methods, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
- Drive cost-minimization initiatives through the effective allocation of manpower, capital, equipment, and raw materials.
- Foster a zero-harm workplace culture, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols among all plant employees and on-site contractors.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- A relevant professional qualification or MBA is strictly required for this position.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years operating at a senior management level within the manufacturing sector.
- In-depth, expert-level knowledge of cement production processes and the broader local and international cement industry landscape.
- Demonstrated expertise in Operation and Maintenance Management Systems, including proficiency in SAP.
