About the Role

We are currently expanding our engineering division and seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to drive the delivery of robust, high-performance web applications. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape our technical architecture, and help mentor the next generation of software talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technology stacks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, modular, and thoroughly tested code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers, providing guidance, technical support, and constructive feedback.
- Optimize application performance, ensure robust security standards, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve our development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience building production-grade web applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Extensive hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Demonstrated familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies within collaborative team environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
