In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial future by driving budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial modeling to support business growth across our public and private sector operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning processes.
- Develop robust financial models to evaluate business performance, new ventures, and investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial variances, interpret data trends, and provide actionable insights to executive management.
- Monitor cash flow, optimize financial resources, and ensure strict compliance with corporate financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall organizational strategy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for board meetings and stakeholders.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior analytical role.
- Mandatory professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP financial systems.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, analytical mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
