Fina Trust Microfinance Bank is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Operations Officer to join our dynamic finance team in Ikeja, Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will oversee core financial operations, ensure rigorous transaction processing, and maintain the highest standards of financial accuracy and compliance as we continue our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily financial operations, including transaction processing, cash management, and vault operations.
- Perform accurate and timely General Ledger (GL) reconciliations to resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal controls, and banking standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to streamline financial workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in banking or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or ANAN is an added advantage.
