We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, treasury management, and reporting functions. In this vital role, you will ensure robust financial control, regulatory compliance, and insightful data analysis to support our continuous business growth and scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general accounting, financial reporting, and seamless month-end and year-end closures while maintaining strict internal controls.
- Manage core treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and payment processing to optimize working capital.
- Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises, providing actionable insights on business performance and cost optimization.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and detailed management reports to support executive leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Manage professional relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies while ensuring total compliance with statutory and tax requirements in Nigeria.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive professional experience in finance, accounting, and treasury management.
- Active professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is strictly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software or ERP tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, cash flow optimization, budgeting, and local regulatory compliance.
