Known for strategic investments in ventures like Gokada, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, budgeting, and long-term planning aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audits, and liaise with tax authorities and external partners.
- Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and build advanced financial models to track key performance indicators.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, treasury operations, and strategic funding initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls, mitigate financial risks, and champion governance frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team while collaborating closely with executive management and board-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, featuring 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, auditing, and navigating Nigerian tax and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling tools, Excel, and Power BI.
- Prior experience in investment management, venture capital, or partnering with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) is highly desirable.
