We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven, and dynamic Senior Estate Surveyor to join our expanding real estate operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will take charge of comprehensive property management, precise valuation, strategic leasing, and expert estate advisory services. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional client-management skills, driving business growth while mentoring junior professionals to deliver outstanding real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee complex property valuation, inspection, and appraisal assignments.
  • Conduct thorough market research and provide accurate property and rental market analysis.
  • Oversee leasing, tenancy, and day-to-day property management activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare professional valuation, property management, and strategic advisory reports.
  • Monitor rental income, lease renewals, and all property-related financial transactions.
  • Supervise property inspections, routine maintenance, and facility-related activities.
  • Negotiate favorable lease terms, renewals, and other vital property-related agreements.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the competitive Nigerian real estate market.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior estate surveyors and other support team members.
  • Ensure proper documentation and full compliance with relevant real estate regulations and NIESV standards.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding property investment and asset management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management, Estate Surveying & Valuation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in estate surveying, valuation, or commercial property management.
  • Mandatory professional certification or active membership with NIESV and ESVARBON.
  • Strong working knowledge of property valuation, asset management, leasing, and real estate advisory.
  • Excellent negotiation, written communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard property management software.
