About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Engineer to drive excellence across our Power Plant Operations, Maintenance, and Projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the power plant to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Manage engineering projects from conception to completion within designated timelines and budgets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to power generation equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior engineering staff and plant technicians.
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all operational units.
- Prepare regular technical reports on plant efficiency, maintenance logs, and project milestones for management.
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience working in a 10MW or larger Power Plant.
- Demonstrated expertise in power plant operations, preventive maintenance, and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment failure mitigation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
