About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa's real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Senior Content Designer to craft clear, engaging content that guides users effortlessly through our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to validate content design and understand user behavior.
- Own the point of view for features, products, and brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape user journeys and achieve key business outcomes through storytelling.
- Deliver exceptional UX writing, including UI text, labels, and instructional copy for complex financial services.
- Act as an internal consultant for tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all communications and regional market translations.
- Partner with legal and regulatory teams to guarantee full compliance with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX writer or copywriter in-house or at an agency, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Prior experience in the fintech or tech industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in UX design principles, SEO best practices, and agile tools such as Figma and Workfront.
