About the Role

As a Senior Content Designer, you will craft clear, engaging content that guides users seamlessly through our financial products while shaping our brand voice across diverse African markets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to validate content design and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to frame features and drive business outcomes through compelling storytelling.
- Deliver intuitive UX writing, UI text, labels, and instructional copy across digital platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Act as a tone-of-voice consultant, ensuring brand consistency and adapting language styles for regional translations.
- Partner closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all in-product content complies with industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UX writer or copywriter within tech or fintech environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital product content, UX principles, and user-centered design.
- Proficiency with Agile tools, Figma, and basic SEO best practices.
