About the Role

As a Senior Content Designer, you will take ownership of the quality and strategic direction of content across your product area, shaping intuitive experiences that empower our users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end content design strategy from discovery through delivery, launch, and ongoing iteration.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to embed content strategy in product discovery and delivery.
- Craft high-quality microcopy, interface text, error messages, and documentation within Figma adhering to design systems.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews and A/B testing, to drive content decisions.
- Mentor junior content designers and advocate for content design best practices across cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of proven experience working as a content designer in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional knowledge of content design principles, UX metrics, and end-to-end product thinking.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative agile solution delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to justify design rationale.
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven workflows is a significant advantage.
