Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons to senior college students tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Design and implement a robust curriculum that aligns with national and international educational standards.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrative staff to plan school events, departmental meetings, and student development programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience at the senior secondary or college level.
- Valid teaching certification or license registered with relevant Nigerian educational authorities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and experience working with students of diverse abilities.
