Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Asphalt Operator / Manager to join our operations in Lagos, Nigeria. In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive industry expertise to oversee all aspects of asphalt plant operations, ensuring optimal productivity, strict quality control, and seamless execution of our engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily asphalt plant operations to guarantee maximum efficiency, output, and adherence to production schedules.
- Manage and supervise plant personnel, coordinating manpower and machinery for optimal workflow.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures for asphalt production to meet and exceed industry standards.
- Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance of plant equipment to minimize downtime and costly repairs.
- Troubleshoot operational issues swiftly and effectively while enforcing safety and environmental regulations on-site.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience in asphalt production and plant management.
- Proven expertise in managing asphalt plant machinery, operations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and heavy equipment.
