About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in designing robust, secure, and high-performance backend systems that power our cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities- Integrate user-facing elements developed by frontend developers with server-side logic and ensure seamless API communication.
- Build and maintain high-quality, reusable code libraries and data storage solutions for future implementation.
- Implement stringent security structures, data protection protocols, and industry best practices.
- Maintain optimal server stability, ensuring zero downtime and conducting routine code inspections for speed optimization.
- Improve overall code quality by writing comprehensive unit tests, automating workflows, and performing rigorous code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend teams to translate user requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Provide thorough code documentation and stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and industry standards.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant software engineering experience with a proven track record as a backend developer.
- Strong in-depth understanding of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental computer science principles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Golang, messaging queues, and database or operating systems management.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, web development lifecycles, and server compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
