About the Role

In this vital role, you will architect, build, and optimize robust backend infrastructures for our cutting-edge AI and chatbot platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement secure RESTful API endpoints using Express.js to facilitate seamless client-server communication.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems for our enterprise chatbot platform utilizing Node.js and Python.
- Integrate OpenAI services and manage request-response flows with AI engines, including prompt handling and text generation.
- Build and manage databases for conversational history, user profiles, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) data sources.
- Implement real-time communication via WebSockets for fluid and instant chat experiences.
- Deploy containerization and cloud services primarily leveraging the Azure cloud platform.
- Monitor and optimize backend performance, system scalability, and security to handle increasing global user loads.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven professional experience in backend software development with Node.js and Python.
- Deep expertise in modern database technologies, including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL data modeling.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable systems and integrating with the Azure cloud platform.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning concepts, and conversational AI development.
