In this pivotal role, you will shape the visual identity of our digital channels, driving creative excellence and mentoring a talented team of young creatives in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the conceptualization and execution of compelling visual content across various digital platforms and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with editorial, commercial, and internal stakeholders to translate strategic goals into impactful visual strategies.
- Contribute innovative ideas, creative concepts, and industry trends during high-energy brainstorming sessions.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire junior team members, providing constructive guidance and feedback to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify unique opportunities for visual differentiation and audience growth.
- Present visual concepts, mood boards, and comprehensive strategies effectively to internal teams and external clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in art direction within a high-volume digital media or creative agency environment.
- A robust and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional creative vision, digital design expertise, and branding capability.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard digital design and motion tools.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a hybrid workplace.
