About the Role
Limeswood International Company Limited is a pioneering force in software development, integrated security services, and IT distribution across West Africa. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making within our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, payment reconciliations, and ageing reports.
- Support treasury functions by monitoring cash positions, bank reconciliations, and liquidity requirements.
- Coordinate statutory compliance obligations including PAYE, Pension, VAT, WHT, and handle internal and external audit activities.
- Collaborate with HR on payroll validation, manage budget variances, and enforce strong financial controls and governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory ICAN qualification (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria).
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills, high integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
