Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure optimal shift coverage and high-performance standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
- Enforce security policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and company guidelines.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, security breaches, and alarms, taking decisive action to manage risks.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to foster continuous professional development and operational excellence.
- Liaise effectively with management, clients, and local law enforcement agencies during investigations and incidents.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing daily security activities, incidents, and investigative findings for senior management.
- Proven professional experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role within the security and investigations sector.
- In-depth knowledge of physical security operations, risk assessment methodologies, and emergency response protocols.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate personnel in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting professionally with staff, clients, and authorities.
- Familiarity with modern security technologies, surveillance systems, and digital incident reporting tools.
- Possession of relevant security certifications such as CPP or recognized local security credentials is an added advantage.
